Payment

Dosha Pops accepts PayPal for payment. We’ve found it’s the quickest and easiest form of payment. Not to worry, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use a credit card through PayPal without setting up an account. Just be sure to follow all the instructions. Full payment for your order is required when purchasing.

 

Our Shipping Promise

  • In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your delicious order, all of our products are shipped via USPS to your Paypal confirmed street address.
  • We don’t like surprises and we’re sure you don’t either, so our shipping charges reflect the total cost of shipping, all packaging costs and associated services. In the unfortunate event of escalating shipping costs, we will request a supplemental payment to cover the difference before the shipment has commenced.
  • Please be sure to open and inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and exchange policies below.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Our products are fresh and made-to-order and as such cannot be returned.
  • We apologize, but refunds will not be issued for parcels that are not accepted, received, or picked up, and then returned. Additionally, Dosha Pops is not responsible for heat damage. We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered. Packages left outside of your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy, or humid.

Products Damaged In Shipment

All merchandise leaves our business in perfect condition. It then becomes the buyer’s responsibility to make a claim for damages with the delivering carrier. If you receive products that were damaged during shipping, we ask that you contact www.usps.com.
